The WebIO Server Version 2 Internet X10 Servers is the lowest cost server
providing the same internet control of your X10 powerline devices
(appliances, lamps, hardwired devices, etc) as version 3 and 4.
V2 has an LCD display for easy installation and an internal temperature sensor.
V2 does not include automation options of v4 and does not integrate with the
KEiHome internet portal service.
V2 does not have an expansion port.

Wireless sensors for WebIO version 4 include magnetic entry sensors, three different motion sensors,
multiple remote controls, key fob remotes,
and a sensor that can be wired for general purpose use for monitoring sump pumps, door bells, or anything
that can be wired as an open/close contact.
The wireless remote controls and sensors can be configured in WebIO for automation/control of X10 powerline devices
and control of the relay expansion board.
The wireless sensors can trigger email and text message notification when used with WebIO
and the included PC automation software.
The wireless sensors are low cost, battery powered and very reliable.

Wireless temperature and humidity sensors for WebIO version 3.
These sensors can often be purchased at Target, Radio Shack, Best Buy, or on-line from Oregon Scientific or ebay.

X10 devices
|
|
X10 devices include a large array of devices from plug-in lamp modules, appliance modules,
light switches, and electrical outlets as pictured to the left.
X10 devices manufacuted by several companies can be purchased on ebay and in some cases radio shack
or other local stores.
WebIO is compatible with X10 powerline devices that respond to a standard set of the X10 protocol.
WebIO v4, can receice from most X10 wireless security devices and X10 wireless remotes and transmiters.
